Hi, this is my first time reading your blog. You are linked to my website, TheDebtDance.com so I feel a partnership-ish relationship. My husband is in the same demographic you are. It's tough. Being the undying entrepreneur I keep telling him he needs to go out on his own.
If only we had crystal balls, eh?
My advice to everyone is to do what you really, really love.
“Success is not the key to happiness.
Happiness is the key to success.
If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
Albert Schweitzer
Good luck dearie.
Morgan

I never got past juggling 3 balls, though I can do that fairly well. And no regrets about changing course on the MBA program. Running my business has been infinitely more rewarding so far! :)

I heard that it takes 200 hours of practice to learn how to juggle 5 balls (once you can do 4). I actually logged my time because I was curious. It took me 100 hours to get to 100 catches, and then I stopped tracking my time. I wonder what 10,000 hours would do.

[...] Steve added an interesting post today on linklings, too old for the factory editionHere’s a small readingExtremely early, hence the name of his blog. Jacob’s blog is thoughtful and doesn’t focus solely on any one aspect of his life.
I've spent a lot of time working both on for-profit and govt LTCs in the last couple of years, and I've decided I really just don't want to go into one no matter what I have to do. They're awful. I'm in some sort of denial.
