		<description>Money may not buy happiness, but insufficient money certainly buys misery.  It&#039;s one of those things that isn&#039;t a problem until you don&#039;t have enough.  I wouldn&#039;t smugly suggest to someone who&#039;s suffocating that air won&#039;t buy them happiness.</description>
