		<description>Just came across this article.  What a great read.  It&#039;s true that by the time a company calls in a consultant, they&#039;re in deep trouble, and they would rather not have been put in a position to have to make the call in the first place.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The best thing we can do as consultants is produce a result in the soonest time possible that will give them more peace of mind than when they first called you.  For consulting, that is the real vale we can give to our clients.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for articulating what I&#039;ve been thinking this whole time, Steve.</description>

<p>The best thing we can do as consultants is produce a result in the soonest time possible that will give them more peace of mind than when they first called you.  For consulting, that is the real vale we can give to our clients.</p>
