And lazy. With the internet they can send off invitations to a gazillion people and sure enough some will bite.<br /><br />The Malaysian Government has issued a statement that they are considering issuing a policy directive that Heads of Departments will be punished if their staff fall prey to scams. I am not sure how this will work though. Still it is proof that many Malaysians are good at coming up with scams and many more are great at falling for them.<br /><br />BTW, I thought Major Ugba was dealing exlusively with me!
