		<description>Steve, Glad you made it down to Florida in good shape.  We could use some of that weather up here, it was in the 50s on Friday.  I&#039;m sure that you&#039;ll get settled in to your new home in time.  The people living in the house are what make it a home, not the structure itself.</description>
