There is a constant flow of people out into the main hall or outside the building to make private and almost certainly personal phone calls.<br><br>I don't necessarily blame management for the disparity between accounting for your time and The Man's. It is simply easier for them to draw a relationship between you at your desk and your effort (if not results), than it is to trust that you will deliver if you are otherwise occupied.
