The winter weather has finally arrived in the northeast – I had to wear a coat in the morning yesterday. The football and baseball seasons are going terribly if you’re a New Yorker, and I don’t hold out much hope that the Knicks are going to salvage 2007 for Gotham sports. Despite all that, my rubber band therapy is keeping me off the ledge.

Quality of Life is More Important Than Dollars: Would you be willing to take a $20,000 pay cut to be happier? I think most people would have a quick and strong reaction to that question. Many of us might like to think this was true but our actions don’t match our words. This is a good thought exercise for anyone – read the article and think what you would do in this case.
