		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more with the final conclusion.  As a public sector employee, I don&#039;t have a huge salary (although it&#039;s quite respectable), but, unless my whole state defaults, I can look forward to a stable pension for the rest of my life.  Why doesn&#039;t everyone want to be a public servant?  Really, I don&#039;t understand why it&#039;s so hard to get intelligent young people to defer gratification:  a smaller salary now, a guaranteed income for life.</description>
